Phoenix Consulting Solutions was born from a bold realization: the traditional model of competition within the brokerage world was limiting the progress we could make — for clients, for professionals, and for the industry as a whole.

After more than two decades in leadership roles across benefits consulting, government contracting, and healthcare strategy, I found myself asking a simple question: What if we worked together with what we knew instead of guarding it? What if we trained new professionals to lead with clarity and confidence, and connected like-minded disruptors to build something better — together?

Phoenix was created to answer that question.

We exist to reimagine what benefits consulting can be. We believe in collaboration over competition, in education as a tool for transformation, and in the power of strategic disruption to move the industry forward.
